Duloxetine

It is effective and FDA approved for neuropathic pain. It's mechanism of action is the inhibition of norepinephrine and serotonin reuptake. Additionally, it has some affect on urge urinary incontinence, although not FDA approved. It's major side effects of hypertension, nausea, constipation, and sleep disturbance can limit it's use. Reduce dose in renal insufficiency.
